Welcome to GlideGo — London’s on-demand breakdown rescue service for cyclist-commuters. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our service.

1. About GlideGo

GlideGo is a subscription-based breakdown rescue service operating across London. We offer instant dispatch, on-demand courtesy e-bike swaps, and repair of broken-down bikes.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Plans start from £9.99/month.

  • Subscription renews monthly unless cancelled.

  • Payment is charged automatically to your selected payment method.

  • No long-term contract. Cancel anytime unless stated otherwise, or unless you signed-up to the yearly plan.

3. Coverage & Response Times

  • Fast Response Zone: Westminster, Lambeth/Vauxhall, Southwark and nearby areas – typical response time 10–15 minutes.

  • Extended Zones: Adjacent areas/Rest of Central London (Zones 1-2) – response time 30–60 minutes depending on traffic.

  • Actual arrival times may vary due to road conditions, weather, and unforeseen delays.

4. How It Works

  1. Subscribe online via our website.

  2. If you break down, request rescue through our contact line - Fast, WhatsApp message.

  3. We dispatch a team to swap your bike with a fully charged e-bike and recover yours.

  4. Your original bike will be repaired and delivered to you as soon as possible - whether at your workplace or even your doorstep.

5. Eligibility

  • Riders must be 18 or older.

  • You must own your own bike.

  • Service is available to Central London-based cyclists only.

6. Repairs & Parts Coverage

  • Your subscription includes repair services, parts, and labour:

    • Basic Plan: Up to £50 in parts coverage per breakdown

    • Advanced Plan: Up to £100 in parts coverage per breakdown

    If parts need to be ordered, you’ll continue using your courtesy e-bike until your bike is fully repaired and returned.
    If the cost of parts for a breakdown exceeds your plan's limit, we’ll always notify you in advance and you may incur an additional charge.

7. 12-Month No-Risk Guarantee

If you go a full 12 months without needing a rescue, you’ll get a full refund for the year.

We’re betting against ourselves — your satisfaction or your money back.

8. Cancellations & Pausing

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
    Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (the month you cancel in). No refunds for partial months.

9. Referral Program

Refer a friend and you’ll both get 30% off for 1 month.

  • Each successful referral equals 1 discounted month.

  • Stackable up to 3 referrals (90 days of discounts).

  • Must be a paying subscriber to refer.

Note: Referral discounts are applied after your friend’s first full billing cycle.

10. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Accidents or damage caused before or after our intervention.

  • Delays due to extreme weather, road closures, or force majeure.

  • Any indirect losses, including missed work, events, or travel delays.

We are committed to operating safely and swiftly, but can’t guarantee perfection every time.

11. Privacy Policy

We collect only necessary data for providing our service (location, contact, and payment). We never sell or misuse your data. See our [Privacy Policy] for full details.

12. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. Subscribers will be notified of major changes.
